It's easy to use for both new users as well experienced ones (especially if they already have experience using spreadsheets).

We've been able solve several issues such us how do I import thousands of customers at once without loosing any information? we didn't loose anything! Also it was very simple integrate this tool within our ERP solution or CRM systems where all necessary parameters were available beforehand so no manual work needed afterwards neither integration problems because everything worked smoothly out from box!
