The burner works as described but disappoints with greenish/yellowish stains on the underside which could not be removed as it was covered with incense powder which was wiped off with a damp cloth. Even scratching with your fingernail leaves stains, so I'm not sure if this burner has been used before or if something went wrong with the glazing. A little more annoying is the fact that I didn't even get all the flavors advertised. I got 40 pieces of what I think ambergris. I suspect I'm missing the lily scent but I'm not sure as the colors are clearly not as advertised. I definitely wouldn't gift this to anyone considering the amount of dust to clean that gets permanent stains on the burner and not all the incense sticks advertised.
