This thing is awesome! I saw it on a FB ad and of course I search Revain and read reviews and take a chance on this one. I chose this one bc the reviews were good plus it's the only one I found you get a bunch of stuff included. I love it's different setup options but I haven't tried anything other than the river one yet. The incense smells have a small difference to them but they are incense and smell like incense so don't think you are getting something like a fruity candle smell. So if…

First of all I ordered one and two came in the same box, I assembled the unit finding the hole off-center and unstable as I ignited finding it was not going down until after a long time but both the top part was working more. I will not use it unless outside where it will be safe. My wife will not take a chance on it and the UPS driver had two return forms when he cams so we gave him both as we were not happy with its performance

The packaging it came in was all messed up, when I opened it up, the incense sticks were all over the box, the styrofoam was all broken but luckily the burner itself was intact. The cones don’t really have a great smell, they all smell like a bonfire and it doesn’t seem to flow down like a waterfall It seems more smoke goes up then down.

Ordered and it came quickly but was broken.Customer service was efficient and were quick to send me a replacement.The second one came and was more broken than the first.It looks beautiful and the pictures are accurate. Just wish I would have been able to enjoy it.Packaging needs to be a bit more protective.**Update: returned the second defective incense burner 10 days ago and still have yet to receive any correspondence from the dealer.

Took a gamble on this and won . Many times I have order things on line and have been disappointed. I don’t have any friends that use this type of things so I can’t say how giftable it is. Have not use all the scents but I’m happy with the ones I have used.

Purchased as a gift once before and arrived in perfect condition. Purchased a second time for a gift, and made the mistake of not opening until the day before my friend’s birthday. When I opened it, the ceramic dish for the incense was shattered in pieces and the main waterfall tower had some damage. Couldn’t return because I needed a gift in hand. Very disappointed. Note to buyers- purchase in advance if for a gift and open immediately!

I bought this product for my brother. It looked awesome so cool. But all the scents smelt like burning gross wood. If it’s for looking and you like burnt wood awesome, if it’s for scents don’t recommend.

Very cool waterfall design, I love the visual of it but the smell.the incense included all smells the same and my entire house smelled like a fire pit. If I can find backflow incense that smells better, I look forward to using this again. Until then, just a nice art piece :-/

This is a wonderful product, although this picture is not the same as the product. I thought it would be teal as the photo but it is dark jungle green. Still beautiful but wished it was the same as the photo.

The unit looks great and does the down-draft thing, but not quite as pictured. The incense that comes with it is extremely low quality, like the lowest I've ever seen. It's nice looking and could probably be really useful with better incense.

One thing they forgot to think about is the incense sticks. The sticks don't have some sort of wire at the beginning end so when you do place one in the hole, it will burn down all the way until the bottom until you literally cant take out whatever is left. The rest will stay stuck and won't come out so i can't use the incense sticks anymore because they wont hold up. Smell and everything else is great just wish i knew earlier and i wouldn't have used the sticks provided.

I bought it as a gift for someone who is into incense and scented candles. She is delighted with it both with the scents and with the visual of the descending smoke.

It leave a cigarette smell after it’s done burring in the area where the scent is burning on glass part. It’s beautiful design but that after smell is a turnOff for me.

I looked at this incense burner for months, Until I saw it at a friend’s it was what pushed me to purchase it. The burner came swiftly and packaged carefully. All the extras that came with it was a delightful surprise. My Friend did not get all these added extras when she bought hers. The soft fall of the incense it hypnotic. Very happy with this product.

The product itself is wonderful, but it smells straight up bad. It would be wonderful if I did smell nice. The incense should be named spoiled butt crack and a dash of smoke. 😎Not worth money

I’ve had this for a few months but I barely use it because the incense Doesn’t smell good at all. All of the different flavors all smell like smoke. It’s cute and smoke Flows down like it’s supposed too but I’m going to need different incense cones in order to use it. So right now it’s a decoration.

The product itself is nice and I like it, it’s just the smell of the sticks and the cones is not good. At all. I might be over exaggerating but in my opinion I don’t like the smell, from afar it’s whatever but when you get up close to smell it, it just smells straight out bad. Everything came packaged in all the correct parts and pieces. The back flow incense works but its scent is too smokey for me. I haven't tried any other brand of cone with it yet so we will see. The burner in and of itself is pretty cool. Many different ways to use it.
