I don't want to spend my money on this item.

What can we say about the METTA plant? But that's no excuse.

But the factory should still produce them, the fifth series of chairs has not come out, right? I don't know why the complaint store can't order. When the courier picks up the chair, draws up a transfer act in two copies, according to which I will receive the money back at the point of issue, as the courier said. Of course, he is young, in a hurry, makes mistakes in the transmitter, has no spare forms. Sent him for new forms, should arrive the next day. All this has been going on for a month, although I didn’t answer the manager right away on the ONLINE TRADE. RU website.
I still want this chair. If someone likes the concept, it's worth the risk to buy, but in a store that won't give up with a guarantee.

And this is a chair with a multi-block, not a brittle top gun, and four-way armrests. - The plant says that the stiffness of the mesh changes, but in reality the method described in the instructions is a slope. It seems that (although it is not written in the instructions) you can completely unscrew four screws, which, using two plates, press the mesh against the frame with tension and make the seat mesh sag like a hammock. You can replace the mesh on the seat yourself. - The thickness of the frame metal is more than 1 mm, it seems, I looked at the diagonal cut, perhaps this visually added thickness. - Above the gas lift there is an iron plate of the multiblock. Cons

- They did not put two 5 mm hexagons, but they appear in the inventory. The inventory is named S-3.03. And under warranty, you need to return the entire set. An attempt by the factory to evade responsibility? - During assembly, I found two thread breaks in the seat mesh. Inconspicuous, but critical. Similar to meltdowns. In one place, a colored fiber (a ribbon of parallel thin fibers) and a perpendicular black one (like a thin shiny plastic wire) are torn. In another place, only the colored fiber is torn, and not completely, but exactly in the middle of this ribbon, which consists of threads of "hairs", but rested on the remaining extreme "hairs". Just a hole, no fluff like a rope breaks. Either the worker smoked at the factory above the seat, or sparks from welding or some kind of file got into it. And in places of holes, the weaving spreads under its own tension, I didn’t even sit down even once. I bought a dark brown chair, in fact the color matches, and there was a sticker on the seat with the designation “maroon”. An attempt by the factory to evade responsibility? - Rigid mesh, almost a stool. The pillow case is the same. - I'm not an expert, but the black type of plastic fiber in it is embarrassing. Although it was just the color that gave a visible defect: on the inversions into the chrome-plated frame of the back, the hairs are frizzy, as if from friction. - You can't replace the mesh on the back. It is clamped in a metal plate twisted with the letter "q" or "G", the lower edge of which is perpendicularly welded to the chrome rim, i. E. directly to the frame of the back itself. There are spot growths from welding, it seems that there is a linear one. There are wide not welded places, the paper crawls through. - The back support mechanism is point-welded. Thick metal loses its meaning. - Blocking the rollback of the wheels in an unloaded state is a dubious function. I even moved the chair, which was not fully assembled, often.
