This combo works great. You must hold a fish. I hold a discus and I keep the pelvis at 84 degrees the whole time. My disc developed mild ichthyphobia so I got Ich-X and followed the directions for 1 week and I raised my temp to 86 degrees and still no improvement. Although the itching remained mild, there was no improvement. I started having an algal bloom with no Biofleeter in the system. (removed per manufacturer's instructions) I have read that this product works very well and if you add it to food you do not need to remove the Biofleeter material. This stuff worked great. a few days later everything was fine. Garlic Guard, my fish was crazy about him.
