For people having trouble turning off the HP Reverb G2, this problem is due to signal distortion due to their lousy cable as well as loss of power due to that cable. This USB-C board makes up for both. 40-100% higher price than competing boards, but after trying two other devices that just didn't support my HP Reverb G2, I went back to my old standby, Startech. I used to compete with them. guys and they make freaking amazing products. What I liked about this product is that Windows, like many of their products, comes preloaded with a driver since Startech only uses OEM parts on their boards. These are the same components used on the motherboards themselves, so the operating system usually recognizes the board as its own. I tested on two different motherboards and one needed to download the drivers but it was automatic, the other more modern board already had the drivers.
