This a nice all in one with good capacity for 1-3 people. It's easy to learn and function, but I suggest keeping a close eye on each new item your cooking, until you get to know how it cooks.CONTROLS: This has many preset temps and times for a variety of foods which can be toggled through with the multi dial. If you want to change the amount of time or temperature from the preset, you push the multi dial it flashes the temperature, then turn the dial right or left to adjust accordingly. Push the dial again and do the same for the temperature. The buttons have a loose feel to them, as though the decorative covers are actually pushing the real button underneath. The dial has audible clicks when you turn it which is nice, but it too feels wobbly and as though it can be broke off easily. RACK PLACEMENT The appropriate placement is printed on the left front door for all cooking options, I found this helpful instead of remembering or pulling out a manual.REQUIRED SPACE Other than it's listed dimensions, it requires 4" of clear space on all sides when in use, and cannot be next to a hot range top. Since my cabinets are pretty low, and don't allow for the 4" of air space, I have to use it on my stovetop or my dining table if I need to use the stove top at the same time. TOAST While this will fit 6 slices of my wider Orowheat bread, it toasts darker on the bottom than it does the top, and the top is what you can see and monitor while it's toasting, so heads up! The preset time for toast is set at 5 minutes and you can adjust the time/darkness level with the multi dial as described above.BAKING- This heats up fast no preheat needed, but you will have to turn the tray 1/2 way though whatever your baking. The insulated rear of the oven maintains the proper temps, while the non insulated doors will not, so un even baking will occur if you don't turn your rack or pan. This is similar with every small oven I've had with glass doors.GRILL/BROIL This works pretty well for meats roughly 1" to 1-1/2" thick. The rack is in the highest position so not much head clearance. This cooks from above, more of a broiling than a grilling. You can flip the meat 1/2 way through if you want both sides of fat to get that crisping, or don't flip them.AIR FRYING This works pretty well, but I've had stand alone fryers work more efficiently. This will get you to the crunch level you desire, if you shake flip turn 1/2 way through for some items and a couple times for other items.ROTISSERIE This is a nice option which I don't use frequently. I did a Cornish hen which turned out splendid, I recommend basting it occasionally during the cooking process, and don't forget to put the black drippings pan in.OVERALL THOUGHTS I think it's a nice all in one, it's not very heavy to move around. The knobs and buttons have a flimsy feel to me, and it can be challenging to slide in or remove racks, since they have screw heads protruding in the front of the rack tracks. Also the doors are hard to keep open, they have a spring action to keep them closed which is great, but when fully opened any little vibration or bump will send them slamming closed. I block the doors open with something when needed.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!
