That's what I have
I bought in February 2020 for a 2007 F-150 STX and this is what I got, all three lenses are transparent outer lights are white leds and the center light is a red led which Wiring consisted of three pigtails connecting to your existing sockets, a double sided 3M foam pad which once fitted does not appear to be removable without tearing and two small rubber washers for use with your original screws. My existing sockets are heat damaged and I was expecting the wiring to be a plug that would fit into my existing wiring harness and thus replace my damaged sockets, not like this.
