As I rent my house I try not to poke holes in the walls with nails or screws. I was looking for a way to organize my router and WiFi modem and had very little space. These baskets suited me best because I could fold all the cables neatly and my modem fit perfectly in one of the baskets and my router fit perfectly in the other. They are hanging on an old wall with old dark wood paneling and the darker color of the baskets goes well with it. I love that they are all ready to hang and require no nails or screws. The glue stuck very well. I haven't had any problems with baskets falling or detaching. I recommend hanging the baskets and then leaving them empty for at least a few hours to allow the glue to fully bond to the surface. We also recommend washing the place where you want to stick the glue. First I used a sponge with warm soapy water and then wiped with a towel. Then he used a paper towel dipped in some rubbing alcohol and wiped the wall with it. Let it dry completely. I gave him 30 minutes to be safe and then continued with the steps. I haven't had to remove them yet, so I can't tell firsthand if they cause damage or leave marks. Although not everyone was concerned. I'm just glad they're serving their purpose for me at this point!
