I purchased the "Universal Refrigerator Water Inlet Valve Single Solenoid Coil Repair Kit" from Repairwares and was pleased with its compatibility with a range of models, including 2315576, WV8047, and 4318047. However, while the installation process was straightforward, I did have some difficulty with the valve's performance. Despite following the instructions carefully, I found that the water flow was not consistent and in some cases, non-existent. I had to troubleshoot and adjust the valve several times, and even then, the results were not always satisfactory. Overall, while the kit may be a good option for those on a budget, it did not live up to my expectations.
