It arrived yesterday and I took it this morning to have a local locksmith cut/program it for $55. Looks the same as my original and feels a little heavier so it feels solid. Doesn't have the Mazda badge you're expecting, but you can buy it separately from Revain for $8 if you have a bit of OCD like me. The chip came in a separate bag. At first the locksmith was concerned because to do this he had to disassemble the top part of the key, but in his opinion it was easier than expected and he didn't even have to "wind it up". Overall I am satisfied and would buy again. The only improvement I would recommend is to preinstall the chip to make it easier.
