Easy to set up and get a key. For some reason the buttons stopped working but the customer service is amazing. I ordered a replacement and they refunded the previous order. It cost me $80 to install when the dealers were charging $450 for a keychain! Excellent purchase. It is not clear to me why the transponder chip cannot be installed upon delivery.

There were no instructions but a tiny chip (which should have been installed) was in the bag at the bottom of the box and I almost had it thrown away. In addition, it is quite difficult to assemble the spring mechanism after disassembling to install the chip. In the end it was a good price and it worked well, that's the only reason I rated it as highly as I do.

At first everything was fine. Wanted to save some money so I made a door and lock to duplicate the key fob. Then someone cut it out. Doesn't have the Mazda badge you're expecting, but you can buy it separately from Revain for $8 if you have a bit of OCD like me. The chip came in a separate bag. Don't waste your money on this key. It will not program properly because the chip inside has the wrong frequency for the car models listed. Not only that, the chip was in reverse order. We had to pay a car mechanic to take the remote apart and insert one of his chips to get a working key.
