Review on Marrkey by Dave Harris

After placing a recent order with Markey for a phone case, I found out that my experience with the company was incredibly unsatisfactory. To begin, the website was difficult to traverse, and it was difficult for me to locate the information that I was seeking. When I eventually located the case I was looking for, I discovered that it had been sold out. I decided to go with a different alternative and then place my purchase. The shipment took an interminable amount of time to appear, and when it finally did, the case that was sent was the incorrect size for my phone. I requested a refund through the company's customer service department; however, their reaction was untimely and unhelpful. They requested photographs as well as proof of purchase, both of which I had already supplied during the original order process. Even though I had double checked the sizing information before placing my order, they insisted that it was my fault for ordering the incorrect size when I eventually received a response from them. They did not provide a refund for my purchase nor did they offer an exchange, and as a result, I am stuck with an ineffective phone case and a sour taste in my tongue. In general, Marrkey does not provide the kind of high-quality phone accoutrements that I would recommend to anyone. The website is not user-friendly, the shipping is slow, and the customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
