Photos are misleading/stitching accuracy is terrible, straps could be 100% better. I am sending it back this weekend / came folded in half. I knew right away that there is no such thing as back support. When I open the plastic wrap, air literally comes out / but generally, if I expose it to the sun for an hour, the smell dissipates. I am blown away by how these people get their reviews, their sales are so high they definitely aren't $30, they have no lateral support / Measure your chair before you buy it and think twice if you Looking for support for the spine. save your money I'll give them an F. Failed to deliver what they claim is misleading.
