I can't adjust the scale. I love Garmin products (they have a voice activated DVR and an InReach GPS Tracker/Iridium text communicator and I love both). I followed the instructions verbatim, but the Garmin iPhone app cannot find the scale. The application's proposal to solve this problem is a website that no longer exists. I used the reset button three times. Nada I removed the batteries from the scale to reset it (twice). Nada, I deleted the app from my iPhone (8P) to start fresh. nada, i uninstalled the app + took out the batteries...reinstalled the app, put the batteries back in...the app still can't find the index bar. I took out the batteries, turned the iPhone off and restarted it, put the batteries back in...nada, nada, nada, nada. I tried contacting Garmin support. absence
