Review on Grapher by Alex Solano

It's easy to use even if you're not familiar w/r charts which I used as an undergrad in biology! The price tag could be better but it does its job well enough at that point (and then some). There are many uses outside just charting - including creating diagrams or flowcharts. My favorite features would include how simple everything seems; all inputs can easily go straight from my computer screen onto their respective graphs without having me jump back & forth between programs like Excel / PowerPoint etc..
