This model number is for people who speak Spanish

The phone has all menus in Spanish. Didn't see where it was mentioned in the description. I checked the LG website and it says the phone is for Panama. The first menu has a language selector which I found by trying different things. Another weak point here is that it doesn't make calls or texts over Wi-Fi, which is a necessary feature in areas with poor cellular coverage.
