Review on Women'S Bamboo Nightgown By QUALFORT: Short Sleeve Sleepwear With V Neck, Side Slit & Soft Feel. by Beverly Smith

I discovered bamboo sleepwear last year when I purchased some night-shirts, pjs and a couple of nightgowns. I've always preferred cotton for pjs -- light-weight for summer and flannel for winter. And I hadn't worn nightgowns since I was a kid because I can't sleep if my legs are bare. I wasn't really expecting much, but I found the bamboo sleepwear to be so thin, light, breathable, and just so darned comfortable that now I am always on the look-out for more. I ordered this short-sleeved night-shirt and several other items from Qualfort and they are even better than the ones I already own. The fabric is just as soft but it is a bit more substantial which is a big plus in my opinion, as it is more flattering on me. I chose the aqua which is a lovely light color and seems so perfect for summertime. This shirt is great to pair with a pair of pj bottoms in the same type of fabric to sleep in or just to wear for lounging around on a lazy weekend morning. I am 5'4" tall and wear a size 14. The measurements in the size chart indicated that I would be a size L in this brand, but I thought I should order up at least one size. I ended ordering size XXL for two reasons: because I chose a light color and to skim over all of those figure flaws. I would have gone with a size XL if I had chosen the black, blue or grey. The fit is exactly how I wanted -- roomy but not baggy and absolutely bo cling. The neckline is not too low on me, and the sleeves fit nicely almost to the elbow; the length of the hem extends to about mid-calf. This night-shirt is very well made and the fabric is of very good quality and so much nicer than polyester or a polyester blend for sleepwear. The current price of $27.99 seems quite reasonable to me.
