Review on 📀 Simplify Your Entertainment Experience with the Sony SLVD570H DVD/VCR Combo Player featuring HDMI Connection by Mike Mitchell

I didn't really do much homework before purchasing this item but I had a new HD TV and needed a new HD DVD. It was so easy to make friends. We just used the cable that came with it and the films came out perfectly. Be sure to read the manual and experiment with the Cinema settings (recommended). You can leave it on default but some movies will look a little better with cinema etc. Video recording is good too. You can still watch DVD while burning VHS, just like two separate components. I would give 5 stars except for one thing, opening/closing the DVD seems to take forever. Not really, but I'm not used to the delay. Hope this helps someone
