For the last 20 years I have carried the same 2 perfect plastic handled paring knives. They are tired and should be retired, but since it was not possible to replace them with a similar product, I continue to work. We are happy to announce that they are now enjoying their golden years since their amazing counterpart arrived. And once again I can say that I have the perfect paring knives - there are plenty of them! Sometimes even shared. What about the price? I expected dollar store quality - and was surprised. My poor arthritic hands finally have something to smile about.
