Hello everyone. Received this Friday and found that the 'zoom' is very very limited. You MUST determine the optimal ceiling mount distance to within 12 inches or you may not be able to make the image large or small enough to fit the screen. The upside down mounting also looks a bit strange as the device is placed at a high angle so it projects correctly (I wonder if there is an adjustment I haven't tried for this) but the image is very , very good. I use a separate sound system, so I can't comment on the sound. Seems very calm. Aside from the installation issue, there are no complaints and the picture is as good or better than the 5-year-old $3,000 model.
