I have used several different types of loan software in my career but RFS has been the best to date! We are able to easily track our customers, their payments, and all communications between us through the system. The customer service is also top notch with quick responses and helpful advice when we call or email them for help! This is by far the most user friendly platform that allows me to do what I need while keeping an eye on everything at once. They could add more features as it is fairly limited now. If you're looking for a great tool without overloading your back end team, this should be one of your first choices. Easy access to client information and payment history. Great support from their backend team too! It's like having another member of staff dedicated to just answering questions about how to use this product effectively. Helps keep.
