I'm 6ft 4in, 245lbs and bought XL. Fits well, good length. The crotch could use some extra room but is comfortable enough. Good medium size - heavy fabric. The laces could be shorter. I haven't experienced the wedge problem that other people have complained about. It's true that they're made to hug your butt, but I don't have that "wedge" feeling that people complain about. This is my first time wearing pants, so I can appreciate the durability or not confirm condition deleted but I will update rating if below 4 star qualification.Wash cold 1 time and hang dry.Downgrade to 1 star.
