This is not our first silicone teeth cleaning chew device, it's held up better than others, but my dog still manages to chew a chunk off each time I've given it to her. I squirt toothpaste in the center and freeze it so it's harder to get out and keeps her occupied longer. She will usually keep chewing on it after the toothpaste is long gone, but the silicone is pretty soft and comes off in pieces each time. She always seems to spit them out, so I'm not worried she's swallowing it, but would've liked to see it hold up longer.
