Review on Eon Concepts Bread Slicer Guide with Rubber Feet Paddings and E-book – Foldable Adjustable Loaf Cutter Machine for Homemade Bread, Customizable to 5 Thickness – Bagel, Sandwich, and Toast Slicer by Bill Gomez

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Works well, but not with crusty bread. Crooked cuts of thin or hard crust bread.

Works great. Has a very small defect. It may have happened during delivery. Close the knife slot at the top. It came in a padded envelope and may have caused the problem. I will try to heat it with a hair dryer and separate it a bit. I have revisited my review due to an issue I found while doing so. I often make bread with a rather firm appearance. When you cut this type of bread, the blade tends to push the blade out and you end up with a crooked cut. To get around this, just cut until you can get past the crust, flip the loaf, make the next side, then repeat until you've cut all 4 sides, then cut along the guide. I've tried everything possible, even holding the bread firmly and pressing one side against the wall and it's still cut crooked.
