Review on Quip Plastic Electric Toothbrush Green by David Holmes

First of all, to be honest, I bought the $25 basic toothbrush package with a subscription to refills every three months directly online from the Quip website. Not with Amazon. I registered specifically to write this review. Reasons NOT TO BUY QUIP 1. Quip is difficult to open and take apart to insert new batteries. It requires considerable grip strength and coordinated use of both hands and following directions closely, yet it took several tries last time. I do not recommend Quip for people with hand arthritis or other hand injuries (missing fingers, unflexed fingers, single-hand use). See #1 for reasons.3. Quip might as well not have a website they call <help@getquip.com. You cannot contact the person or even open a chat. Every email you receive does not contain answers to frequently asked questions (that are not your problem) and are marked as unanswered. It is impossible to speak directly to a real person.4. QUIP corrupts your account. At the moment I can't find out what the status of my account is. I have no way of getting in and no way of determining what went wrong and no help. Right now I can only cry.
