Works great, secures well, excellent WD tech support

I've been using WD external hard drives for years. My previous WD Passport was valid for 7 years - I'm a fan, it stopped working in May 2019 when it couldn't back up or even show up as an external hard drive on my computer. This WD SSD pass is fantastic, WD tech support is fantastic - they helped me format my WD pass. WD's backup software is much more powerful than previous WD Smart software - no problem at all. Of all the pluses - I will continue to buy WD external hard drives. I like this version of the SSD more than the old version of the HDD.
