I have no complaints!
Five stars so far! The water I live in has a distinct chlorine taste and smell. I bought this to add to my other filter and I love it so much! I installed it about 5 weeks ago, no problems so far. Don't expect any problems either. Installation is so easy that even a ten-year-old child can handle it.
