I have only used these bottles once but found them very easy to attach to an SPI belt. I haven't had any issues with leaks or anything like that. I like that I can adjust the number of bottles I need based on the type of exercise and the environmental conditions. I used to have a manual water bottle and a 4 bottle fuel belt. I like that I can take one or more bottles with me instead of more or less water than I need. The price is also very good. I would pay more for a Nathan portable bottle than for both. One thing to be careful of is not to spray back down your throat as this will cause a cough. The beam is quite powerful, so be careful not to aim too high for the throat.
