The customer support is great, they are not only willing to help but also very knowledgeable about their products! I have enjoyed working with them so far- it's been an easy transition from my previous employer who was more of just another vendor in our stack (as many others were). They provide what we need as well - nothing extra that isn't needed by us or requested at this time.- Our practice has grown over 10% since implementing Dental Planner last year which gives me confidence knowing there will be continued growth next years once new patients sign up through DP platform vs other platforms like CareCloud/WebMD etc...
