Don't waste your time and money

The assembly was painful. Difficult setup and lack of clear instructions for use. Finally it worked. Has worked from the first use. After that, only lines or blank labels are printed. So I sent it back. I seriously HATE app-launched articles. I need something stand alone, plug and play. I went to Sam's Club and bought a Brother P-Touch - about the same price and 1000 times better.
