I am impressed with this. I have several vertical laptop stands from this company that are well made and this swivel laptop stand is not different. When folded, it's surprisingly thin (1.5/2"), so you can put it in a book bag and take it with you if you want. You need to use two hands to adjust the tilt and height because of the Stand is so rigid which is a plus.It holds my now heavy 2011 15" MacBook Pro with no issues and rotates beautifully. I was surprised at how high it went, mostly to the top of a 27" monitor. I recommend.
