Update: I saw that there is a hole under this vest, 4 holes to be exact. It is in order? I bought the pink one, also youth size, and it has the same holes as the blue one. Interesting, is that normal? I'm not sure? There's no way it's for a baby, it's just for a baby. I wonder how small the baby is. I ordered this for my 7 year old 40lbs she is very skinny and it is too tight for her. I have it set to the max and it is still so tight for her it is also very short for her, it does not fit a child from 5 years old I would say or from 6 years old in any way. I'm just glad I have a baby who can wear this, it fits him so I won't be going back. I will only keep it for my son when he grows up and now he is only 4 months old.
