I was so excited the first and second times I used this clipper. I have a cavapoo and it worked wonderfully around the ears, eyes, paws, and rear. I was very impressed by how well it did. However, when I went to give her a 3rd cut, the clipper will not turn on. I changed the battery and all of that. I cleaned it like it tells you to after the first 2 cuts but it doesn't do anything now. The clipper goes with a lifetime guarantee, and says you will hear back from the email within 24 hours. I've emailed multiple times over the past month and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed.
