Eh I should have spent the extra money on a better chair.
I liked this product at first but after 8 months of use the head adjustment knob got stuck in one position and I can't adjust the height. I tried moving the bar to remove the handle. I tried moving the handle to loosen the screw that wouldn't move. Nothing works. I am saddened that this has happened and I hope to invest in a better massage chair in the near future.
