Review on Cricut StandardGrip Cutting Mat X24 by Lori Aguirre

I ordered these mats and when I received them they were folded in half in a plastic envelope about half the size. They had rubber bands around them. They had a hump and my cricket didn't cut through that area. I put a huge stack of heavy books under it, but the hump stayed. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly. Their last email said they shipped me new mats overnight and the person personally contacted the shipping department and told them to be extra careful with my order. replied that I would as soon as I received a working replacement. Today I went outside and found that my carrier had put mats through the pickets in my fence. on a warm day. I caught her before any damage was done. Perhaps a box would be the safer and more appropriate packaging? I can't in good conscience delete my post, although they acted quickly they need to work on their delivery standards. Haven't tried these mats but I'm sure they're fine.
