Great size for big jelly shots - I was able to fit a raspberry in each cup. I was looking for something with no wax and no treatment. You have done a great job. I've seen several reviews mentioning leaking when making jelly. I have not experienced this. I would recommend cooking the jelly over low heat (warm enough to melt the gelatin/sugar but not so hot that all the precious alcohol evaporates). Then turn off the heat, add the remaining alcohol/liquid and allow the mixture to warm to room temperature or colder before placing in the freezer until the gelatin has set. This allows the gelatin to harden, minimizing any liquid that may be absorbed. After quick freezing, place the jelly in the fridge overnight.
