The ease of use for new users; it's fast to learn how to do what you want in this software without having much experience or knowledge about its inner workings. I dislike that there are some things within e lock which can be confusing at first but once your get used to them they become easier than other products out there (like Smart Sign). If someone was looking for an easy way to send documents digitally then would have no problems using their product as opposed to others we've tried before. We're solving our own problem by sending invoices electronically via email instead of going through snail mail where people could easily lose these important docs.
