I bought these a few years ago but am very happy with them and still wear them. They came in a small pouch and none of the pieces I received had loose gems and the top balls were screwed tight. Personally, I don't have very sensitive skin, but I've worn it on a healed piercing and had no issues with fading or irritation. If you order them I highly recommend waiting until your piercing is FULLY healed to be safe, which is usually at least 6 months. Wounds heal from the outside in. Even if they appear to be cured, they are likely not fully cured. If you are looking for something that is guaranteed to be body safe and you know you are a metal sensitive person please steer clear of surgical steel, most stainless steels unless you know exactly what type of implant it is, and something coated. Your best bet is to go to a local piercer and use threaded titanium or gold jewelry. It costs money if you want to guarantee the health and success of your piercing. If you're comfortable using inferior metals in healed piercings and understand the risks, this is a good option as long as you get flawless pieces.
