I have 4c low porosity hair and thought I would combine this deep conditioner for hair therapy with the new black castor gel, flaxseed gel oil and my 2nd application BC&FOT didn't really impress me, but as we all know, new products take time to work with each person. After 35 minutes under the dryer on my second try (the container says 10-15 the first time) I rinsed out easily and my hair seemed very slippery and easy to comb with my fingers. The scent didn't smell bad, on the contrary, and has a medium creamy consistency, but it absorbs well into the hair and as I said, it will take a little longer to see what this product can do. I hope this gives you an idea of your possible purchase.
