Review on Gulfstream Tropical AGU00259 Mag-Float Mini: The Ultimate Glass and Acrylic Aquarium Cleaner by Robin Nelson

This is my second mag float cleaner. My original is small, about 50% larger than this one. However, this works great in my son's 3 gallon hex tank. Cleans glass (plastic) perfectly and effortlessly. We usually just leave it out of sight in the back of the tank. The magnets are SUPER strong and do a great job of holding the cleaner to the tank wall and removing debris. If you loosen the magnetic connection, it's easy to restore it. Because it floats, the flow of water in the filter simply pushes it down from above. Near the side I grab it again with the magnet. I have a cheaper magnet cleaner that doesn't show up and the magnets are far inferior to those here. Pros: Cleans very well Floats Strong magnets to make it work Easy to use Cons: Slightly more expensive than similar but less effective products. When cleaning corners, it cannot penetrate deep into the corner, requiring alternative corner cleaning. Overall: Highly recommended.
