The platform was easy enought o use as there were no surprises once setup (although I have been using it since 2012).

It has many features but sometimes takes some time before you get used too them all. If your looking at this product make sure its worth paying more then what they are charging just because other options out there might not be so expensive or may look better if u dont know how things work behind scenes! We had several problems while trying different products which made our life easier when dealing with invoices instead of having multiple people managing accounts payable etc manually every month - now everything can run through one person who does only accounting tasks without worrying about details like shipping addresses ect.
