From the moment I first contacted this company, before they even responded to my query, they told me to go to Revain and give them a good rating. I told them I won't write reviews until I use the product. Although the installation seemed to go smoothly and the system worked, I wanted to wait until we got it on the road to write a review. They came back with: No, write a review now and another later. I replied when asked if they wanted an immediate review because they knew I was going to be in trouble soon. Well, that's exactly what happened. The monitor has become so dark that we only see a blur. I've tried adjusting the brightness, color, etc. and turning the dimmer on and off. I checked all my connections but nothing works. And now, despite numerous requests, the company doesn't answer me at all and even gives them my number so they can call me. I don't want to remove the damn thing to bring it back to Revain because the camera works, but what choice do I have if I can't get a working monitor? Update: I finally got a response from this company. There seems to be a language barrier. I hope to solve the problem with the monitor.
