The first day I received this package, I knew I would be unhappy. It came out without air so I had to take it out of the box and wait for the filling to loosen up which took forever so I started using my hands. It was missing spots where the cotton wasn't enough to fill it, making it difficult for the pillowcase to move and fill...on the first night the zipper smashed another disappointment! However, I slept on it for a few nights because I wanted to see if it was worth it... man! I'm more comfortable leaning on my husband and dog than on this pillow. One side is longer than the other, but what if I want to change position... I had no support. The pad isn't enough to provide support, it's a waste of money and believe me I won't keep it, I'll go to any store to drop it off and get my money back... after all, DON'T BUY THIS SHIT!
