The rack is really strong and was fairly straight-forward to put together. It took a little finesse to attach the bar the wheels are attached to onto the center bottom support as the holes for the screws did not line up accurately. Order was important it turns out (although not listed on the instructions). The innermost screw inserted first will cause the outer hole to finally line up enough that you can work the screw into place. The first one on each side is not easy though, it takes some strength and a little faith that it will not actually go in at an angle when tightened. The rack is very strong, I hung from it to set the upper bar in place firmly. The lower bar for hanging clothes may slide down once loaded, if installed using the wrench included with the rack. I recommend tightening with a socket wrench instead. I am really happy with the quality though.
