These replacement bulbs have pin ends with small burrs that prevent them from penetrating the pin holes! We noticed this after several attempts to insert the light bulb into the socket. The size is right (G4). I called my genius son a mechanic who compared the burned ends of the pins to the ends of the replaced pins. The original ends of the pins are tapered, which explains this. Our original bulbs are unmarked so I can't find an exact replacement. My son sharpened the ends of the pins on a lightbulb and it finally fit and worked. But we'll have to do this with every lightbulb going forward, as the rest of our lightbulbs are burning out in our grass-lit display cases in our new kitchen. I'm amazed someone picked them up so I suspect the reviews from those saying they're great are wrong.
