Once installed, everything was easy to set up. It is very heavy and requires a very secure and strong mounting frame (not included). We have very hard water, a lot of sediment flows out of the well. The first two filter elements are filled with 20 micron filters. It turned our hard water into soft water with no salt or potassium granule system and no electricity. The third glass has a 5 micron carbon filter to capture the really bad stuff. Filters ensure a good water flow even after 3 months. Filters can be bought cheaply if you look for companies that deliver filters quickly. We really like this filter system. This has saved our equipment and plumbing fixtures from hard water damage.
