Miniature Screws and Wrenches

I've tried and tried and tried to hold the mirrors in place and screw them in. The tiny screws and allen wrench kept falling to the floor and the washers were gone. Installation requires really fine motor skills and I'm a pianist. I don't know how men with big hands would fix that.
