It is difficult for children to fit into shoes. My son is 3 years old. They looked a little big, but maybe he could wear them to a future wedding. I liked that they come in half sizes and wide sizes as they often don't fit in thin shoes. A lot of reviews have said they scratch easily so I want to keep them for a long time. I let him do whatever he wanted, including crawling under tables and running on the sidewalk (outdoor dance floor) where he kept hitting the toe of his shoe and falling over. They are almost unscratched. I would definitely use them again.
