How can I give less than one star? Not normally a reviewer but this product should have been reviewed. I spent 2 hours setting up a robot to connect to WiFi. After 100 attempts it finally worked. The only problem? Now the application does not control the robot. Press doc, don't move. Point pressure, no movement. The robot has been cleaning for the last 20 minutes after pressing the dock with no response. Scheduled cleaning after waking up this morning. After 10 minutes he is still sitting in the dock without moving. This product will be returned. update 30.06. Returned the original car for exchange as they said the original could be defective. Got a new block, same problem. I called support and they told me that the reason it's not working is because the app's firmware version isn't upgradable and Shark hasn't released a new version that allows the robot to work. What kind of business does Shark run that sells products they KNOW are incompatible because they haven't updated their software yet? Definitely a lesson to never buy a Shark car again. Well it's a joke.
